This policy explains what information Doowins (“we”, “us”) collects through doowins.com, why we collect it and how we look after it.

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive:
- your name and work email address;
- optionally, your company, industry, capabilities of interest, budget, timeline and project details.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability. If we use analytics, we use a privacy-friendly service that does not set cookies or build profiles of individual visitors.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you, scope and propose work, and keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing, and we never share your details with third parties except the service providers that help us run this site and deliver email.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the engagement and any period the law requires afterwards. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@doowins.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
